  • thats where i put mine, someone suggested I put them on my lower tummy. Mine are progynova TS50. they release 50 micrograms each day, i change it weekly, what dose are yours and why do you change them twice a week. I dont know anything about hrt and dont have any friends (yet haha) or family on it, so cant ask for advice there.

  • Thanx for that, Is yours a patch, if so where do you put it, ive heard different parts of the area absorb it differently. I was wondering if to try a different area first.

  • Well a big Hiiii to all the sunshines, nearly on our anniversaries and wondered how you were all doing. Must say a very long journey for me, really cant believe how long it took to feel completely back to normal, well 99% some days still after 11 months. Someone said to me a few months after my op that their op was the best thing they ever did,…[Read more]

  • Hi there
I didnt get a second opinion through choice really, my husband had a bad accident and so caring for him put my endo to one side for almost a year. I went back to the hospital and saw another consultant who confirmed everything i had been told previously and had the same conclusion. I had a TAH/BSO 23rd September and can finally begin to…[Read more]

  • Thanks for that Jules, I hadnt really given dosage much thought and as menopause wise im doing great i hadnt read up about hrt too much. My con did say I would only be on a low dosage so the endometriosis doesnt return or flare up, so maybe I will speak to him again about the Hrt as my dr has different views and endo returning isnt something I…[Read more]

  • Hi Karen
Sorry I dont have any answers, but Im still in need of building up my stomach muscles, without sounding like a party pooper maybe you are going for it too much and pulling your muscles, Im 15 weeks post TAH/BSO and although I dont have any pain afterwards I can certainly feel the pull in my stomach muscles. Just a thought anyway, but if…[Read more]
